Description:

You will be the Production Operations Sustainment Manager for the PAC-3 Sustainment Team. Our team is responsible for leading the successful execution of hardware delivery requirements for missile recertification, stockpile reliability testing, and repair processing of the PATRIOT Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) missile and launcher.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Production Operations Sustainment Manager, you will be responsible for leading dynamic and growing cross functional program office support teams and manufacturing teams at multiple geographic locations. Your responsibilities will include:

• IMS reporting

• CAM activities

• Schedule development and execution

• Coordinating and planning of work-flow through the supply chain and across multiple Lockheed Martin manufacturing sites

• Hiring and the development of direct reports

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Competent in manufacturing processes and best practices

• Ability to lead dynamic, diverse, and geographically separated teams

• Experience with and ability to recognize gaps and drive change

• Production Operations/manufacturing experience

Desired Skills:

• Cost Account Management (CAM) Certification

• Shop Floor Management experience

• Proficiency in SAP applications

• Leadership experience

•Strong communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, to working professionals, executives, and customers

• Ability to make difficult decisions and solve complex issues

• Strong business acumen

• Strong political acumen

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
