Description We are in the service industry, located in Arlington, Texas, and are currently seeking a Programmer Analyst to join our team. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Programmer Analyst, your primary responsibilities will be designing software solutions, writing code in various languages, and undertaking system functionality among other tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Integrating software components into a fully functional software system.

• Developing software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.

• Executing the full software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Writing well-designed, testable code.

• Ensuring software is updated with the latest features.

• Complying with project plans and industry standards.

• Documenting and maintaining software functionality.

• Deploying programs and evaluating user feedback.

• Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems.

• Producing specifications and determining operational feasibility. Requirements • Must possess strong proficiency in .NET programming

• Experience with Microsoft SQL is essential

• Demonstrated ability to write SQL Stored Procedures

• Familiarity with NHibernate or similar Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Programmer Analyst or similar role

• Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members

• Ability to work independently and within a team setting

• Strong organizational and project management skills
