Position Description:

• Full-time, Long-Term Analyst Positions on a new Federal Government Contract 

• Book-Keeping for accounts payable records for a customer base

• Maintain and prepare Reports and Data

• Communicate well with program vendors

• Handle payment instructions and checks/wires/other

• Location: Crystal City, Arlington, VA. Job is 100% On-site

• Project start date targeted 10/1/2024 (depending on government clearance)

• 15 days of paid vacation (increases with tenure) plus 11 paid holidays

• $50k-56k Salary + Full Benefits 

Qualifications:

• Seeking Excel skills, ability and experience with bookkeeping software (Procas, Quicken, NetSuite, or other)

• Seeking candidates who have strong attention to detail, tracking tasks, tracking data, tracking and saving files, accurate time keeping. 

• Seeking strong communication skills (verbal to connect with vendors over the phone and in writing to connect over email)

• Seeking a professional candidate who is seeking a long-term role with potential to grow skill sets on federal government contracts

• Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint

• Able to be in the corporate office in Arlington VA 5 days a week.  Once fully trained and project operations fully functioning, flexibility for some remote work may be possible.

• Ability to pass a federal government background check in the pursuit of a Public Trust clearance

• College degree required
