PLUS Communications is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join our growing team.

Requirements

What we require:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience working in a HR Department as a HR Coordinator or HR Generalist

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Handle onboarding activities and work smoothly with department management to transition new hires into their departments.

  • Assist with off-boarding activities such as deactivating systems, acting as point person for any transition related items, and conducting turn-over trend analysis quarterly.

  • Maintain employee files and records.

  • Compile monthly and quarterly HR compliance reports and respond to third-party requests (e.g. employment verifications).

  • Conduct data analysis and compile ad hoc reports.

  • Assist with semi-annual performance reviews; includes working with department management to update direct supervisors, send out timely communications, monitor completion of reviews to ensure timely follow through.

  • Assist with entering pay-rate changes for promotions and merit increases.

  • Help maintain company organizational chart.

  • Assist with benefits and open enrollment.

  • Manage time and attendance system, QuickBooks, including assigning client project codes to employees’ accounts, compiling utilization reports, and providing troubleshooting assistance, when needed.

  • Assist the recruiting team with drafting and extending new hire offers.

  • Assist with employee engagement activities.

  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
