Journeyman Editor
Job Summary:
D&G is seeking a highly motivated individual to support the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Headquarters. CISA is the Nation’s risk advisor, working with partners to defense against today’s threats and collaborating to build more secure and resilient infrastructure for the future. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of (2) years’ experience performing analysis and technical editing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support CISA’s Front Office, providing technical editing and writing support.
Conduct critical research and prepare statistical reports.
Provide internal guidance and coordination for standard operating procedures and compliance.
Prepare memos and high-level correspondence for office leadership.
Facilitate the coordination, response, and monitoring of all document requests in the Correspondence and Task Tracking (CATT) system.
Conduct off-site meeting research, coordination, and implementation.
Plan and facilitate working sessions to address findings and lessons learned in after-action reports.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing editing and analysis support.
Eligibility Requirements:
Current DHS suitability or ability to obtain a NACI level clearance*

Desired Skills:
Experience working with large-scale database tools (preferred).
High degree of competence using Microsoft suite tools (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Experience supporting multiple directorates in a large organization.

Hybrid
Remote work is permitted.
The ideal candidate will be able to visit the client site (2) days a week. The client site is located on Glebe Road in Arlington, VA.
