American Electronics Inc MILITARY PERSONNEL HR ANALYST (Req 25 007) in Arlington, Virginia

Responsibilities:Provide consultation and direction, management and program analysis, and project leadership on Human Resources Management issues pertaining to USAF Military programs. This position also manages and coordinates updates in the internal Human Resource and Manpower data information system Defense Ready (DR). The incumbent serves as military HR representative and is responsible for administrative support to the core USAF military personnel. Advises senior USAF team lead on personnel actions, including staffing, evaluations, career progression opportunities, command and professional military education processes, promotions, leave, and deployments. Prepares personnel-related communications and updates to the senior rater. Provides resource management support in executing the F-35 Joint Program Offices (JPO) Air Force hiring priorities across multiple F-35 enterprise locations (Wright-Patterson AFB, OH; Arlington, VA; Eglin AFB, FL; Ft Worth, TX; Hill AFB, UT; and Orlando, FL). Responsible for participating in Air Force manpower and personnel planning, tracking and execution of the Air Force hiring process. Deliverables include, but not limited to, routine status reports in directed format of tasks/actions and metrics for USAF Military Team lead and Program Executive Officer.

Education:AS or AA degree from an accredited institution as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in Human Resources Management or a degree relevant to the position.

Experience:Six (6) years of Personnel Management experience, particularly related to Air Force manpower and personnel.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels within an organization to facilitate the preparation, approval, or endorsement of personnel actions. Experience in Military Personnel Management Organizing, tracking, reporting, and efficient networking to expedite actions. Knowledge and experience on computer software applications and analysis models, e.g. (including, but not limited to) JSF Virtual Enterprise (JVE), Defense Ready, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, Access, and Publisher). Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Ability to make quick and sound decisions in high-paced multifaceted working environment. Critical thinking and excellent networking skills.

Other:An Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
