You Are:

The Process Unity Administrator will provide support for administration of the Process Unity tool. The administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the ProcessUnity system end-to-end from, requirement gathering to production deployment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Configuring and updating the application

• Troubleshooting technical issues reported by users supporting operations tickets, ensuring system security, and testing.

• They will also need to collaborate with other technical teams, business analysts, and other IT professionals to optimize application performance and functionality.

• This will include operational support tasks to keep the system secure, compliant, and may include enhancing workflows, reports, and feature requests from the various stakeholders.

Here's What You Need:

• US Citizen on US soil (required)

• 1+ years in IT Infrastructure or Application Management

• 1+ year with system administration tasks

• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards

• 1+ years working with software development lifecycle and methodologies.

• Understanding of Identity and Access Mgt. principles

• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and risk management.

• Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement to drive efficiency and innovation in IT delivery processes.

Bonus Points:

• Understanding of software lifecycle, application architecture, operations support.

• Knowledge of NIST 800-171 controls

• Experience running Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) ToolsAbility to identify, assess, and analyze potential issues and risks within projects or operations.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
