Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with a current Secret Clearance and ability to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer. This is remote position with short term OCONUS travel assignments.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Shall possess skill and ability to design, develop, modify, upgrade, test, troubleshoot, and monitor HVAC, HVAC controls, chillers, boilers, burners, pumps, water distribution, ductwork, plumbing, fire protection, system integration, generate detailed drawings, technical specification, work schedules, and comply with all relevant US and international building codes.

Requirements:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering from accredited university

  • Have minimum 10 years’ experience in the design and construction of Governmental buildings and site infrastructure.

  • Current Professional Engineering License in the Mechanical or HVAC specialty in at least one of 50 U.S, State, or 5 U.S. Territories, or the District of Columbia.

Working Environment & Conditions

OCONUS Travel and must be present on-site during the construction.
