The Essenz Perfusion System is built on a 50-year legacy of trusted partnerships with perfusionists. Position Summary: The Production Manager assumes leadership of the Production team, driving development, planning, implementation, and maintenance of key performance indicators. They spearhead continuous improvement and quality/safety initiatives, track, and report metrics, and optimize equipment, facilities, inventory, and personnel for peak efficiency and goal at

General Responsibilities: Lead hiring, performance management, employee development, and policy deployment. Develop and implement efficient practices and procedures for identifying and resolving production issues. Monitor production schedules, staffing needs, and budgets. Provide leadership in scheduling, problem-solving, quality assurance, employee relations, and process improvements aligned with company objectives. Lead and guide employees in lean principles through training, coaching, and mentoring. Oversee the introduction of new processes, technologies, and tools for product manufacturing. Collaborate with process engineering to optimize new product designs for manufacturing. Ensure corrective action investigations and root cause analysis are performed. Maintain accurate records of department activities ensuring regulatory compliance. Ensure safety and regulatory adherence within the production facility. Responsible for 2-3 production supervisors and production team.

Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5-7 years of supervisory experience in a production environment, preferably in medical device manufacturing. Experience managing teams of 50-100 employees indirectly. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), ERP/MRP software (e.g., SAP, BPCS), MES systems (e.g., SAP MES), and Document Control systems (e.g., MasterControl). Hands on leader with demonstrated experience at successful high-performance team building. Demonstrated servant leadership approach with frontline employees. Preferred knowledge of FDA, DEKRA, and ISO regulations. Lean and/or Six Sigma training and application experience preferred. Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and achieving results. Strong work ethic, adapt problem-solving skills, and excellent project management abilities. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and effectively collaborate across functional groups.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Location: Arvada, CO Compensation: Target annual salary ranges from $75,000 - 125,000 plus annual bonus, dependent on experience. Travel: This position may require limited travel. Work Arran ement: 100% On-site.
