What you will need:

• A minimum of three years of HR experience and/or have experience in administrative functions.
• Proficiency in computer use, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail, project planning and strong problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to interact effectively and objectively with employees and management at all levels.
• Data Entry accuracy. Be a team player.
• Possess knowledge of confidentiality practices.
• Able to travel occasionally both local and out of the area depending on business need.
• Bi-lingual, English/Spanish with the ability to speak, read, and write in both.
• A valid drivers license with a clean DMV driving record.
• Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background check.

What will set you apart:

• College degree, preferred. Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Total Rewards: $20.00 - $23.00 / HOUR

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
