What you will need:

• Basic math and computer skills.
• Able to work overtime and weekends depending on business need.
• Flexible and be available to work any shift.
• Able to travel both local and out of state to support Grimmways Shipping Operations (this position is seasonally located in Westmorland, CA for 4-6 months and Pasco, WA for 4-6 months).
• Bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both.
• A valid Drivers License with a clean DMV driving record.
• Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.

• Good communication skills and able to interact with people of all levels with respect and professionalism.
• Be trainable in Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and other duties.
• Ability to multi-task in an ever changing, fast paced work environment.
• Able to work well under pressure and have a high attention to detail.
• Good understanding of company policies and procedures.
