Our client, in Ashland, KY is seeking a Internet Sales Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will need to be able to-

*Answer customer inquiries and establish appropriate follows-up.

*Respond quickly to internet, phone and text message inquiries using phone calls, text messages, and emails.

*Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.

*Build relationships with customers to ensure best customer service and experience.

*Utilize computer and other tracking systems daily

*Diligently and accurately record prospective customer's information

*Training on verbiage provided for each type of phone call, text or email is provided.

*Take photos and shoot video as assigned.
