Production Operator - All Shifts Open - Up to $21.66/hr

Shift Description:

1st shift = Monday-Thursday, 6:30am-5:00pm

• Base pay = $19

2nd shift = Friday-Sunday, 6:45am-7:15pm

• 12% shift differential = $21.28

3rd shift = Monday-Thursday, 8:00pm-6:30am

• 8% shift differential = $20.52

4th shift = Friday-Sunday, 6:45pm-7:15am

• 14% shift differential = $21.66

Job Description:

• Oversee line and sort materials to be dumped into grinder

• Visually inspect material to make sure it is correct color and compliant

• Ensure line runs smoothly and report issues/delays as needed

• Change out boxes/gaylords to be loaded once former is filled

• Follow all applicable safety policies and procedures

• Work effectively with other team members on line

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing setting

• Plastic/polymer experience not required but can be helpful

• Must be able to stand on concrete throughout the duration of the shift

• Must be able to lift 25lbs throughout the shift

• Candidates should be able to show attention to detail and read measurements

Work Environment:

• About 150 total employees at the Ashland location

• Candidates should "dress for the weather" - portions of the facility can be cold when it is cold outside and vice versa

• Some materials/areas can get a little dusty

• Will be required to work with other team members
