Description
To perform process duties associated with the continuous manufacture of Boehringer Ingelheim vaccine (lab equipment, mobile vessels, material/waste delivery) requirements. Duties & Responsibilities
TECH 2:
Supports the vaccine production schedules by following a Tank and Central Services scheduling board.
Performs steam in place equipment (SIP) and clean in place of mobile process equipment (CIP).
Prepare and sterilize process equipment by autoclaving.
Performs decontamination of garments, equipment & roller bottles by autoclaving.
Ensures compliance to the Standard Operating Procedures during execution of processes.
Assists with training and coaching of current and new employees on required skills.
Reviews in process documentation for accuracy and compliance in a timely manner; maintenance of technical data and support documentation.
Participates in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions to address problems, escalation of production flow disturbances.
Demonstrates a visible and tangible commitment to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) programs and initiatives.
Responsible for assessment of individual performance regarding the continuous improvement (AAI).
Participates and provides support to site projects and initiatives (including deviation and change control management).

Responsible for performing the activities associated with the preparation of lab equipment, mobile vessels, and material/waste delivery according to USDA regulations
Ensure compliance to the Standard Operating Procedures during execution of processes. Assist with training and coaching of current and new employees on required skills
Complete/Review in process documentation for accuracy and compliance in a timely manner; maintenance of technical data and support documentation
Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions to address problems; escalation of production flow disturbances

Requirements
TECH 2:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred laboratory experience and manufacturing experience.
Basic math skills, equipment/process trouble shooting skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and other database software systems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve.
TECH 3:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Biology Degree or related field from an accredited institution, two years or more (2+) of laboratory experience and/or manufacturing experience
Basic math skills, equipment/automation trouble shooting skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and other database software systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to problem solve
Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
General aseptic process/ equipment setup knowledge
Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles
Working knowledge of cGMP and USDA requirements for Vaccine Manufacturing
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
Must be 18 years of age or older.
