ManpowerGroup Construction Manager in Athens, Ohio

Our client, a global technology leader, is seeking a Construction Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the Operations department supporting project execution. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a results-oriented professional.

Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: Athens, OH

Pay Range: $38-43/hr (W2 Contract)

What’s the Job?

  • Accountable for all Civil Works and associated financial control via Scheduling (time), SP/ASP and Quality Management on a given project.

  • Ensure adherence to Ericsson standards, processes, procedures, and all Federal and Local standards by all Service Providers.

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Interface with external stakeholders (ASP/SP, Customer PM) and internal teams (IM Lead, Project Admin, Project Sponsor, CPM).

  • Coordinate site activities and ensure all project disciplines align with project goals and objectives.

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of job-related experience with project builds of over 100 sites.

  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
