Join a Leading Telecommunications Company as a Site Acquisition Project Manager!

Our client, a global leader in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Site Acquisition Project Manager to join their team. As a Site Acquisition Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Department, supporting the Site Acquisition and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Site Acquisition Project Manager

Location: Athens, OH

Pay Range: $ 38-43/hr (W2 Contract)

What’s the Job?

  • Site Acquisition Management: Oversee all site acquisition activities, including audits, RFDS reviews, and coordination of design services.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all documentation and submissions for regulatory approvals are accurate and timely.

  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with Service Providers and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

  • Project Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports, highlighting key milestones and addressing any issues.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met.

What’s Needed?

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in site acquisition, with experience in small cell/new build projects preferred.

  • Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or certifications such as Real Estate License, PE, or Law Degree.

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with engineering requirements, regulatory processes, and site acquisition documentation.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
