The Truist Internship provides college students with an 8-12 week working and immersion experience to sharpen their skills. During this internship, time is focused on summer long projects with other students and full-time, experienced teammates. Summer Analyst Program Overview:

The Truist Securities CIB Summer Analyst Program will run for approximately 10 weeks in the summer months. The Summer Analyst Program will consist of:

• Activities: Networking socials, case studies and presentations, team-building projects

Job Description :

The Credit Delivery Corporate & Investment Banking (Corporate & Leveraged Finance) team underwrites and manages the debt capital Truist commits to its corporate client base. Credit Delivery teammates work together with Corporate and Investment Bankers, Product Specialists, and Risk Managers to deliver capital and strategic ideas to the Truist client base. Post close of a debt funded transaction, Credit Delivery teammates lead the credit relationship with their clients and actively manage and monitor the credit profile and exposure levels across their portfolios.

The summer program will introduce Credit Delivery Summer Analysts to Truist, corporate finance and specifically, debt analysis. Summer Analysts in this Credit Delivery program will work with the Corporate & Leveraged Finance (CLF) team, where they will get the opportunity to focus on the debt profiles of Truist Securities’ clients and support Corporate and Investment Bankers, Product Specialists and Risk Managers to deliver strategic solutions to Truist’s clients. The CLF team analyzes companies’ financial operating performance, evaluates industry trends and identifies key risks and mitigants of a client’s credit profile against our lending parameters. CLF Summer Analysts will work on cash flow analyses and underwriting credits to sharpen financial analysis skills.

Minimum Requirements :

• Completed junior year of a BA/BS degree with a scheduled graduation of December 2025 or May/June 2026

• Overall GPA of 3.0

• Proven analytical ability and attention to detail.

• Solid leadership and interpersonal skills

• Superior written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Requirements :

• Business major

• Prior completion of Accounting or Finance coursework

• High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement

• Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program.
