Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role functions within the food and beverage industry and will be based in a fully on-site workplace. It offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor set up and reconciliation tasks.

• Utilize M3 Software and manually enter data as required.

• Handle the processing of food and beverage invoices.

• Use Microsoft Excel to maintain and update records.

• Perform accounts payable tasks including account reconciliation and check runs.

• Engage in coding invoices as part of daily tasks.

• Ensure accurate and efficient data entry.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status.

• Perform other duties related to invoice processing as needed. Requirements • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk for a minimum of 1 year.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Demonstrable skills in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP).

• Experience in Check Runs and Coding Invoices.

• Proven ability in Data Entry.

• Experience in Invoice Processing.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
