Description We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Payable specialist to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be expected to manage the accounts payable inbox, perform high-level data entry and coding tasks, as well as handle credit card transactions. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize the Accounts Payable (AP) inbox to ensure all incoming invoices are addressed in a timely manner.

• Perform high-level coding tasks to accurately categorize and record financial transactions.

• Execute data entry tasks with a high degree of precision, ensuring all customer and transaction details are entered correctly into our Netsuite system.

• Handle and process credit card transactions, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.

• Manage a high volume of invoices on a weekly basis, ensuring all are processed and paid in a timely manner.

• Use your skills in Accounts Payable (AP) and Account Coding to maintain and improve our financial processes.

• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Must possess proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Demonstrable experience in Data Entry is crucial

• Must have skills in Account Coding

• Proficiency in using NetSuite software is required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Must have a high level of integrity and dependability

• Knowledge of general accounting principles is beneficial

• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
