Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Fully Remote or Hybrid (Anywhere SAP has an Office)

Duration: 6-Month Contract (with potential extension)

Pay Rate: $25 to $32?per hour

Position Overview

The Marketing Data & Audience Strategy team is hiring an Executive Assistant with experience in project management, MarTech, and Analytics to support two (2) leaders running cross-functional programs within SAP. This role will help operationalize key marketing initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Communication:

  2. Prioritize and manage emails.

  3. Organize and maintain calendars.

  4. Schedule and coordinate meetings.

  5. Documentation Preparation:

  6. Draft, revise, and format correspondence or presentations.

  7. Expense Management:

  8. Manage travel approvals and expense reports.

  9. Troubleshoot issues with the expense team when necessary.

  10. Meeting Coordination:

  11. Schedule meetings and establish cadence.

  12. Organize meals for meetings, if needed.

  13. Travel Arrangement:

  14. Plan and coordinate travel itineraries.

  15. Project Management:

  16. Schedule meetings, maintain timelines, and track tasks.

  17. Follow up on project deliverables to ensure completion.

  18. General Administrative Support:

  19. Provide comprehensive support for day-to-day administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support or similar role.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills .

  • Ability to interact with staff at all levels professionally and confidently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment .

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
