Job Summary: As an AI and Data Science Analyst at ScottMadden, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI service and product offerings. Leveraging your expertise in AI, machine learning, and data science, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative AI solutions that address complex business challenges and unlock new opportunities for growth. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing our AI capabilities, ensuring we deliver cutting-edge, data-driven strategies both internally and to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Support AI research and development initiatives by staying informed about emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and related technologies and identify RandD opportunities. This ensures our products and services are informed by market-leading approaches and well-suited for our clients. Assist in the development of AI models to foster the innovation of new AI-enabled services and products. Work closely with team members and partners to understand data requirements, assist in refining AI models, and help implement solutions that contribute to business growth. Understand the cloud data stack offerings (preferably on MS Azure) to design, configure, and deploy environments to support client project and RandD efforts Participate in the design and execution of scalable data pipelines and machine learning algorithms, aiming for high performance and reliability of our AI systems. Assist with client engagement to understand their business requirements and craft AI solutions that support their strategic objectives. Contribute to our knowledge-sharing efforts through participation in internal presentations and by supporting our thought leadership content. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, R, or C , and introductory experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) through academic projects or internships. Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes. Familiarity with big data technologies is a plus. Academic or internship experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models. A portfolio of school or personal projects is highly desirable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and teamwork abilities, capable of effectively collaborating and engaging with team members. A proactive, self-motivated graduate with a passion for continuous learning and eagerness to adapt to new technologies and project requirements. Preferred Skills: Exposure to Microsoft Azure and understanding of DevOps practices through coursework or personal study. Interest in deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. Previous internship or project experience in a consulting or technology-focused role is advantageous, demonstrating a capacity to contribute to innovative client solutions.
