Title: Associate Manager, Training and Development (HR)
Primary Location : Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Reporting: Manager, Global Talent Development
Job Summary:
As part of the Talent Development Team and the Human Resource Center of Excellence, the Associate Manager position is responsible for developing and engaging a global, inclusive workforce. The position encompasses various roles such as program manager, performance consultant, content creator, trainer, and facilitator. This person manages the development and/or delivery of training content that is aligned to and in support of our strategic corporate initiatives.
Job Responsibili ti es:
Plan, manage and deliver a highly effective, strategic multi-platform training programs end-to-end including but not limited to: training brief and discovery, content development, deployment and communication, data debrief, analysis and key stakeholder communication
Deliver and debrief 360 feedback and assessments
Work cross-functionally on communication plan for training programs to ensure global reach and awareness
Train and facilitate instructor-led training programs and cohort learning, both in-person, virtually utilizing best-in-class practices
Work with Learning Management System (LMS) to help administer and manage multi-platform training programs
Works as a strategic partner for Onboarding and New Leader Assimilation programs
Working with external learning partners to help create and implement world class learning experiences for the development of our leaders, people managers and employees
Incorporates technical learning tools and platforms to create engaging, and best-in-class learning journeys
Travel 10%
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Training & Development, Education, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development & Effectiveness, or related field
5 years of Instructor Led/Virtual Instructor training experience in areas of general management, leadership and personal development
Group facilitation experience including learning activities, group discussions, focus groups, cohorts, and workshops
Experience in managing adult cohort learning environments
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems i.e.: SuccessFactors
Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage deadlines independently
Demonstrated attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Teams & PowerPoint skills)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with eLearning authoring tool to build self-guided learning modules (Adobe Captivate, Storyline and/or Articulate)
Certification and experience administering and debriefing psychometric and leader assessments (such as 360 Feedback)
Ability to manage external learning partners
Train-the-Trainer Certifications from Leadership Programs (example: Ken Blanchard, Covey, DDI, GP Strategies, NLP, Crucial Conversations)
Bi-lingual
