HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

35% Style Set up/System Management

  • Manage FlexPLM inputs, product hang/fold codes & packaging - ensuring data input is accurate and up to date.

  • Utilize reports and systems to recap bookings, profitability, and style adoption rates.

25% Promo Account Strategy

  • Develop strong understanding of our house of brands to identify trends, best sellers, & how they can be incorporated into exclusive product for promo accounts.

  • Maintain awareness for global & promo calendar, flow cadence, product assortment & make/value equation.

  • Lead business "take-aways" and "deep dives" on bookings to support new strategy development and improve existing processes. ones.

  • Partner with manager to develop and manage seasonal line structure.

  • Deliver bookings recaps to cross-functional teams. Determine what styles could also be leveraged in the international channel.

15% Sample Management

  • Assist in sample management, sample check-in, sample closet organization, and presentation set/clean up

15% Team Development

  • Partner with manager and cross-functional teams to develop efficiencies & strategies to fit the needs of all promo accounts & leverage creative to drive international growth.

  • Communicate product changes and updates to cross-functional teams on a timely basis.

10%: Costing, Pricing, Margin Management

  • Manage promo cost tools, analyze margins & deliver revenue goals based on financial plans.

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:

Must have:

  • 1- 2 years of experience in fashion merchandising, retail sales, or buying

  • Strong knowledge of retail metrics to effectively analyze results across channels and markets

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Proficient with Microsoft office Suite

  • Strong product knowledge and presentation skills

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload
