A firm in Smyrna, Georgia is seeking a litigation attorney to support with medical malpractice cases.

Key responsibilities

• Correspond with clients and opposing counsel

• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

• Support senior attorneys as needed

• Analyze and summarize legal documents

  Requirements

• Licensed attorney (Georgia)

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

• Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

• Stellar academic credentials and references

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed

• Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of drafting

• Expertise in litigation- medical malpractice defense

• Legal research experience
