Job Description

A major hospitality organization in Atlanta is looking to expand their DevOps team. They are hiring for a Senior DevOps Engineer who can work hands-on with AWS and help them with several exciting projects to finish the remainder of the year. This is a 12-month contract role. You may work from home, apart from on-site meetings once a month in their local ATL headquarters.

All projects will be a combination of DevOps and Infrastructure work, getting Kubernetes clusters upgraded and reviving their entire Terraform IAC base. The team is also wanting to move to Golang in the future – so you will be working with the latest technologies!

Contract Duration: 12+ Months.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of professional engineering experience

• Experience working hands on with AWS and its services (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS)

• Proven skillset using Ansible and Terraform

• Strong knowledge of Datadog or other monitoring tools.

• BS in Information Technology, Systems, or Computer Science

Desired Skills & Experience

• Resident of Georgia, USA

• Ability to mentor other developers on team.

• Effective communication skills.

• Ability to work from home remotely with task.
