Chick-fil-A Business Analyst III, Menu Implementation in Atlanta, Georgia

Overview

The Business Analyst III role will serve on the menu implementation team. This role is the primary business analyst responsible for owning the day-to-day operations of our nutrition system and its data, working with our menu strategy to manage systems supporting their needs, as well as assisting in menu rollouts in partnership with the menu strategy team. These systems and teams support our customer digital ecosystem such as our website, app, and point of sale systems. In partnership with our Menu & Packaging team as well as our Customer Digital & Delivery team you will ensure accurate nutrition and menus for our customer & team member experiences. In this role you will be responsible to help identify and scope features related to menu and nutrition, support development teams to manage work and requirements, and to manage and track these updates via Chick-fil-A’s change management application. To ensure we can keep up with the steady pace of growth, you will help document changes and best practices of menu processes as well as work to input and manage menu data for our digital ecosystem.   To be successful in this role you will need to assess manual processes propose automation solutions that will streamline and scale the business for growth. This role is also responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the team and menu rollouts are moving forward to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate nutrition feature requirements and release schedules

  • Lead coordination and execution of menu tests and rollouts

  • Collaborate with other business partners including On Demand Platforms, Chick-fil-A One, Digital Menu Boards & Printed menu boards, point of sale & other internal systems teams.

  • Create change management requests for pilots and rollouts related to restaurant impacting changes

  • Communicate   with a variety of business   partners to inform of changes in priority or intaking business needs

  • Document various menu and nutrition processes

  • Work with operators to identify and solve production issues for their restaurants

  • Work with leadership to establish needs of the menu space for digital experience

  • Work with key leaders to train and inform of how to create and maintain accurate data for digital menus and nutrition files

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Self-starter who completes tasks without excessive supervision

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to create easy to follow process documentation

  • Ability to easily navigate Microsoft applications

  • Ability to write user stories and translate business needs to technical team requirements

  • Knowledge of cloud solutions

    SQL beginner level experience

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of AWS services
