Robert Half Content Marketing Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

Description We are in search of a Content Manager to join our team in the IT Consulting industry, based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be tasked with the development and implementation of our company's content strategy, spanning a variety of types and channels. You will be building a content roadmap that enhances brand awareness, educates prospects on our services, and establishes credibility for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's content strategy in collaboration with leadership, sales, and product management teams.

• Create and maintain content roadmap priorities and specific delivery schedules for various market segments.

• Manage all aspects of content development and delivery, including market research, subject matter expert interviews, writing and editing, and media coordination.

• Collaborate with internal teams in sales, campaign management, and technical experts to align content priorities and schedules.

• Formalize and document the company content strategy and define company best-practices for development and delivery of content.

• Conduct research and analysis on the markets for our products and services and become an expert in understanding target customer needs, value propositions, competitive offerings, and key differentiators across the company's market segments.

• Define, manage and track relevant content metrics against overall marketing and sales goals.

• Use your skills in Content Management System (CMS), Brand Awareness, Campaign Planning, Content Marketing, and Product Marketing to excel in this role.

• Proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) is mandatory.

• Proven experience in enhancing brand awareness and developing effective marketing campaigns.

• Demonstrable skills in content marketing and product marketing.

• Must have experience in campaign planning.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in content management.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.

• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various departments.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
