Robert Half Contracts Administrator in Atlanta, Georgia

Description

Robert Half is seeking contracts administrators for various in-house legal departments. Successful candidates will offer support to the legal department by managing the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring both compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Draft, review, negotiate and finalize a wide variety of contracts including non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, and others.

  • Verify contract requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives.

  • Manage contract templates and established contract clauses.

  • Stay updated with changes in laws impacting contracts.

  • Maintain a fully searchable contracts management database and ensure all relevant documentation is compiled and secured.

  • Assist with the coordination of the contract approval process.

  • Generate reports on the status, compliance, and performance of contracts on a regular basis.

    Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in contract administration, contract negotiation, or related functions.

  • Proficient understanding of contract frameworks and legal terms.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with contract management software applications.

  • Effective negotiation skills.

  • High level of attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
