Job Description:

Project management responsibility to work cross functionally to update and streamline the UPS global forecasting and reporting process.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to enhance the UPS global forecasting and reporting process.

  • Forecast Accuracy: Regularly monitor and report on the accuracy of forecasts to maintain reliability and trust in the financial projections.

  • Reporting Framework: Develop and maintain a uniform framework for forecasting reporting to simplify processes and foster better communication across departments.

  • Documentation: Create a comprehensive record of forecasting methodologies and practices to establish a shared knowledge base, promote synergy, and encourage ongoing improvement.

  • Leadership Presentations: Effectively communicate forecast outcomes and their business implications to leadership, providing a clear narrative on financial projections.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; Advanced degree

  • 5+ years' experience in accounting, finance, project management, forecasting and/or finance technology

  • Strong working knowledge of financial statements.

  • Strong understanding of financial tools, data technologies, and data strategy.

  • Collaborative teammate and ability to take ownership of tasks/projects.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferences :

  • Experience with OneStream/CPM tools, SQL and Power BI.
