Americold Logistics LLC CRM Auditor I - 51046 in Atlanta, Georgia

Primary Responsibility :

Execute internal daily audits of SOX Controls BD01 and BD03 and report results to Centralized Rate Team leadership, as well as, internal and external auditors.

What You'll Do :

BD01 - On a daily basis, the CRM Auditor will perform an audit on 100% of the rate changes from the prior day in Warehouse Management Systems/Billing Systems where rates are contained to ensure accurate entry of rates by the CRM team. BD03 - Daily, a CRM associate performs a 100% review of all carriers and customer rates in TMS, including new carriers and customers, renewals, and any adjustments to verify the completeness and accuracy of the master file date in TMS. Check control TB11 documentation was filed in audit repository. TB11 - Weekly, the CRM department reviews and approves the fuel surcharge rates entered into the TMS system to ensure they were completely and accurately entered into the system. Create and maintain audit reports tracker. Maintain audit report download SOP, ensure all daily reports are received, audited and filed in SOX repository. Retain information that supports all rate changes on daily audit reports. Maintain Centralized Rate Team TMS audit tracker, document customer account creation and rate entry errors, communicate errors to CRM associate, and obtain remediation documentation. Communicate common errors and areas for training and improvement to CRM leadership. Assist with auditing monthly general rate increases uploaded by IT and manually entered by CRM. Retain documentation to support increases, send errors for correction and retain error remediation documentation. Build relationships at all levels of the organization to help facilitate change and assist management with achieving objectives. Continue to scale audit processes to encompass growing network and system base. Assist with the completion of substantive testing in support for the Company's external auditors. Provide documentation to internal and external auditors. Participate in audit walk-through and placemat reviews. Appraise business processes and provide value-added recommendations to management. Assist in the development of solutions to identified business needs. Other duties as requested.

What Experience and Education You Need :

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other business related field or equivalent experience 2-3 years audit experience (internal) or other relative business experience (accounting) preferred Preferred experience working in SAP and/or Warehouse Management Software (WMS)
