OBJECTIVE

To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. The role of Community + Care Coordinator is to assist in helping people get connected to the life of our House through community, serving, etc. This is done through creating and implementing systems, building strong relationships and helping cultivate the culture of family at Passion City Church Cumberland.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the creation, maintenance, planning of Connect Groups, CG Socials, etc.

• Building + maintaining strong relationships with Leaders and Door Holders

• Assist in tracking data for Community and Care at Cumberland

• Scheduling Door Holders for Access, WTC and Connection Team

• Assist in planning + execution of all gatherings/events

• Sunday follow-up with people looking to find their place in our House

• Manage communication to leaders for all important information, updates, and upcoming events.

Sun-Thurs; Salaried, Exempt

Occasional weeknight events

CBL Community + Care Leader

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL

4-year Bachelor Degree. Ability to establish strong relationships with people of all life stages and circumstances. Proficient in Excel. Exceptional attention to detail, logistics, creative and environmental vision, and experience.
