Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia within the Local Government industry. This role involves supporting around 400 users, handling break/fix tasks, application support, and admin tasks related to 0365. The workplace is a mix of Microsoft and Mac environments, with iPhones and iPads heavily used by certain departments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide field desktop support to a large user base, solving technical issues and responding to user inquiries.

• Handle break/fix tasks promptly and effectively to minimize downtime.

• Support application-related issues, ensuring smooth operation of all software.

• Administer 0365, including setup, troubleshooting, and user assistance.

• Work with a variety of devices including iPhones, iPads, and Mac desktops, providing support and guidance to users.

• Utilize MDM tool - MaaS 360 to manage mobile devices within the organization.

• Operate the Kaseya ticketing system to track, escalate, and resolve issues.

• Utilize skills in Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments to deliver effective Deskside Support.

Requirements • Proficient in Citrix Technologies

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in using Mac Computers

• Proficient in Microsoft suite of products

• Experience with Active Directory

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Experience in Deployments

• Proficiency in Deskside Support

• Experience in the local government sector

• Working knowledge of desktop support

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills
