KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Business Development, ServiceNow (State & Local) to join our Alliances Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for ServiceNow professional services and systems integration in the State, Local, and Higher Education (SLED) market

  • Identify, create, shape, and qualify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research across multiple channels including KPMG's ServiceNow Alliance, public procurement channels, and direct customer acquisition

  • Stay updated on industry trends and ServiceNow product developments to effectively position our offerings

  • Build market awareness of KPMGs ServiceNow services offerings, capabilities, and credentials

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to educate KPMG account teams, the ServiceNow sales organization, and clients on how KPMG services and solutions address client

  • Bring focus, energy, and go-to-market skills to help our firm win more business, close cycle times, and improve our overall win rate

Qualifications:

  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in direct sales and/or delivery in the public sector (Federal, State, Local and/or Higher Education markets); minimum five years of recent experience in consulting or advisory aligned directly to sales or delivery; minimum two years of recent experience in ServiceNow solution sales or delivery

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university,or applicable experience

  • Verifiable track record of exceeding expectations; demonstrated ability to generate new accounts, new opportunities, build pipeline, and foster 'win as a team' environment

  • Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust and confidence

  • Ability to travel as necessary

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
