What Youll Do: Deliver exceptional service and support during on-site visits or dispatch assignments. Handle install, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests efficiently across office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations. Diagnose technical issues and determine effective solutions while ensuring minimal disruption. Produce timely, accurate service reports and maintain detailed documentation of processes and solutions. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, creating innovative workarounds when needed. Collect and analyze performance data to improve technical support and drive efficiency. Build and nurture positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and support.

What Were Looking For: A background in field engineering or technical support, preferably with experience in PBX systems and Avaya VOIP. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create positive customer interactions. Prior SIDA with driving and escort clearance is a plus.
