Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Field Services Technician in the Atlanta, Georgia area. This person will be supporting one of our clients on 2 railway sites in the Atlanta area. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that revolve around supporting and troubleshooting mobile, vehicle mounted, and handheld devices. This may revolve around a broken screen, connectivity issue, or a physical hardware issue. You will be required to use hand tools to remove bolts, physically mounting some devices, hanging devices, etc. Someone who has a background with low voltage and an understanding of how to use a multimeter and read amperage.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of experience in a Field Tech or related role

  Experience with basic troubleshooting measures

   Screen fixes, connectivity issues, networking, etc.

  Experience working with low voltage

  Experience working with hand tools

   Physically mounting, removing bolts, etc.

Experience or understanding of how to use/read a Multimeter Experience working on a Railyard null
