Job Summary:

The HR Executive Assistant is a pivotal role that combines executive administrative support with strategic HR advisory responsibilities. This position requires a dynamic individual capable of managing high-level executive tasks while simultaneously providing strategic direction and consultation on HR initiatives. The HR Executive Assistant will work closely with HR senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.

  • Prepare and review correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive leadership.

  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.

  • Organize and coordinate executive travel arrangements and logistics.

  • Maintain and manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.

  • Strategic Advisor:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance organizational performance.

  • Analyze and compile HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven recommendations for improving HR practices and employee engagement.

  • Advise on talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning to ensure alignment with business needs.

  • Lead or support HR projects and initiatives, including change management, talent acquisition, and employee development programs.

  • Stay current with HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance and recommendations.

  • Engagement:

  • Partner with business leaders to identify HR needs and develop customized solutions to address them.

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and strategic meetings to drive HR initiatives and foster a collaborative culture.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and service providers as needed.

  • Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, promoting consistency and compliance across the organization.

  • Monitor and report on the progress of HR projects, initiatives, and strategic goals.

  • Develop and maintain organizational charts, job descriptions, and HR documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, , psychology, other related degrees. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.

  • Proven experience in executive administration and/or strategic HR management (or other management), with a minimum of 5-7 years in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and organizational development principles.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
