Job Summary

Compass One Healthcare is looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join the Communications Team. This person will support Compass One Healthcare, which includes CCL Hospitality Group (CCL), Morrison Healthcare, and Crothall Healthcare, with a focus on CCL. The Internal Communications Manager will be primarily responsible for managing all sector’s internal SharePoint platforms, newsletters, and email communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages CCL, Morrison Healthcare, Crothall Healthcare’s internal SharePoint platforms, which stores company materials, documents, resources, and communications.

  • Writes, distributes, and manages company newsletters.

  • Manages internal CEO communications, including companywide email announcements, video scripts, and CEO messaging for Town Halls, as needed.

  • Organizes tools, resources, and communication for company celebration weeks (Chef Appreciation Week, Environmental Services Week, Foodservice Workers Week, etc.).

  • Supports companywide and targeted emails, ensuring streamlined communication across Compass One Healthcare.

  • Collaborates and fosters relationships with corporate support teams and key stakeholders (Human Resources, Training and Development, Culinary/Retail, Compass Group, etc.), to effectively communicate programs and initiatives.

  • As needed, supports company webinars, company app, writing bios, etc.

  • Includes 10% travel to accounts and team meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate communications role and environment.

  • Healthcare communications experience preferred, but not required.

  • Hybrid role with the option of being based in Atlanta or Charlotte.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.).

  • HubSpot and SharePoint experience preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task.

  • Ability to manage corporate relationships with key influencers, including senior management.

  • Extreme attention to detail.

  • Self-directed and proactive.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Highly collaborative and readily accepts ownership while maintaining a positive attitude with a "team" mentality.

  • Works well under pressure and adapts well to working with short deadlines in tight turn-around situations.
