The Sr. IT Analyst is responsible for overseeing the technology operations & the implementation of new IT systems and policies. This role ensures that all IT systems and networks operate smoothly and align with business goals. The Analyst will collaborate with vendors to ensure the IT infrastructure and systems that support the overall objectives of the organization is met.

• Will have day to day responsibility for maintaining and updating content on internal/external websites. Will work closely with external vendor on any functional changes to the website.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure optimal service delivery.

• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
