Job Description
Are you a seasoned professional in janitorial service supervisor? Do you thrive in a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same? Imagann Facility Support Services, Inc. is seeking a qualified Janitorial Manager to join our team. As a Janitorial Lead Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our janitorial staff, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage janitorial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and standards to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols and quality standards.
Train and mentor janitorial staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning supplies as needed.
Handle employee scheduling, including assigning shifts and managing time-off requests.
Address any issues or complaints from clients regarding cleaning services promptly and effectively.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for janitorial staff.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in janitorial supervision or management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have reliable transportation and be available to commute to multiple location.
Flexible availability to work Monday through Friday, with varying shifts.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must have experience in stripping/ waxing/ pressure washing carpets and floors.
-Must possess computer skills with proficiency in Windows, Office 365...
-Must be willing to travel daily to multiple site locations to perform daily inspections.
-Experience in janitorial industry is preferred
