Chick-fil-A Lead Analyst, Compensation in Atlanta, Georgia
Overview
The Lead Analyst is a member of the Total Rewards team within the People & Planning Department and will have primary responsibility for analytical work related to the maintenance of the Talent Management System, including compensation and rewards programs, in support of Chick-fil-A Support Center Staff and Staff in our vertical businesses.
This position is based out of the Chick-fil-A Support Center Office in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities
Assists in the analysis, design, and administration of reward programs including base pay, incentive pay, and other reward programs
Analyzes and interprets data, salary survey results and other available competitor information to ensure an externally market competitive compensation structure
Leads research to help forecast market rates for new distribution centers in partnership with finance team
Assists in the execution of the annual merit cycle which may include data analysis, follow-up with leadership, and other key tasks to ensure successful execution of the merit cycle
Partners with Talent Acquisition as part of the candidate experience process
Partners with Payroll to ensure timely notification of compensation changes
Partners with Talent Operations to enhance reporting and resolve issues in Workday
Utilizes Workday to ensure changes are executed in alignment with payroll processing timelines
Assists in the preparation of information to inform the establishment of target total compensation for external hires and movement of internal staff
Establishes systems and procedures for tracking and administering incentive programs
Manages survey library annually to determine data gaps and to ensure appropriate stewardship of budget
Partners with market data management vendor to ensure survey data is loaded in a timely manner
Maintains job description database for modifications, additions and deletions as submitted by leadership
Develops ad-hoc analysis, reports, and forecasts from Workday and business applications; interprets results that assist leadership with decision making
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or Human Resources OR minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
Strong qualitative and analytical skills including manipulating data, querying, and reporting including the ability to analyze and research compensation trends and partner with appropriate internal and external resources
Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and managing competing demands
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Tableau and/or other data visualization tools
Extensive systems experience using Workday and PayFactors to include reporting and data management
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of relevant work experience
Distribution Center, Manufacturing, or Warehousing compensation support experience
