Altium Packaging Lead Generation Coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia

8hr-1st Shift (United States of America)

As an Lead Generation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating new business opportunities for our sales team. You will be responsible for researching potential customers, initiating contact, and nurturing leads through various channels. This position offers great growth potential and the chance to develop valuable skills in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.

Research and Identify Leads:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential c ustomers and key decision-makers .

  • Utilize various tools and platforms to gather contact information and insights.

    Outreach and Engagement:

  • Initiate contact with potential c ustomers through email, phone calls, social media, and other communication channels.

  • Craft compelling and personalized messages to engage prospects and generate interest.

    Qualify Leads:

  • Assess the needs and interests of potential c ustomers to determine their fit for our products/services.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and lead information in the CRM system.

    Collaborate with Sales Team:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.

  • Provide insights and feedback to help improve lead generation strategies and processes.

    Track and Report:

  • Monitor and report on lead generation activities, results, and key performance metrics.

  • Continuously analyze and optimize lead generation efforts to achieve targets.

    Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Marketing , Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong research and analytical skills.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.

  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

    Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree
