Fluidra ’s seeking a Learning and Development Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA (by airport).

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of employees within the organization. This role involves working closely with HR and management teams to identify training needs and develop strategies that support career growth and organizational effectiveness

This position must be able to utilize core skills such as communication, influencing, facilitation, problem resolution and critical thinking to implement Talent Development initiatives. Learning and Development will report to the SR. Manager of Human Resources. Additionally, you will:

  • Develop, implement, and deliver training programs that meet the strategic needs of the organization. Ensuring alignment of learning and performance initiatives with organizational goals and values.

  • Support the execution of Global Performance Management process. This will require partnership with our Global Talent Team. Support the performance management and talent review processes, including training, analytics, succession planning, talent insights and initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain Talent Development communications, analyze data and metrics to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, providing insights to inform decision-making. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance learning experiences and performance/talent management processes to drive organizational effectiveness.

  • Support Functional and Technical Talent pipeline building, including competency frameworks and career development tools to enable employee ownership of their career growth. Assist in creating training and development plans in various departments and ensure that employees have the resources and support needed to progress in their careers.

  • Identify and develop talent management needs or new initiatives in North America.

  • Manage our external vendors to ensure we meet desired program quality and outcomes

  • Administer the organization's Learning Management System (Cornerstone), ensuring it is up-to-date with relevant courses and materials. Manage user access, course catalogs, and performance evaluation processes within the systems. Provide technical support and training to the team.

  • Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness, soliciting feedback from participants, and adjusting content as needed. Coordinate logistics for learning, including scheduling, live/virtual room setup, materials preparation and facilitation.

  • Stay informed about the latest trends in talent development and introduce innovative practices and technologies to enhance our culture of learning and development.

  • Partner with other HR leaders to develop initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workforce, including trainings, strategies, and fostering a culture of belonging.

  • Assist with various other projects and activities, as assigned and within scope of this role

    WHAT WE SEEK

  • 3 + years in talent development, performance management, or learning & development roles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to design and implement effective training programs

  • Skilled in facilitating/delivering in-person and virtual learning.

  • Collaborative team member able to work cross-functionally and independently with other members of HR and business leaders

  • High integrity, capable of maintaining confidentiality, worthy of trust; credibility is built upon integrity and professionalism

  • Approachable, professional, positive attitude that leads to the creation of effective relationships with internal and external customers

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.

  • High Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Teams,Word , Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with various LMS and HRIS systems. e.g., administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, delivery of learning content using LMS preferably Cornerstone/ADP/SuccessFactors/LinkedIn Learning

  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations

    EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
