We are currently seeking a detail-focused, analytical, and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with a specialty in Business Litigation to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in civil litigation with a focus on business disputes, proven advocacy skills, and a passion for serving clients with innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of civil litigation process including pleadings, discovery, pre-trial preparations, trial, and appeal.

• Represent the organization in court and argue motions effectively.

• Advise clients on business and legal transactions.

• Develop litigation strategies tailored to clients' business needs.

• Analyze and identify legal risks and implications.

• Coordinate and oversee the work of support staff and legal assistants.

  Requirements

Minimum qualification:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the Georgia State Bar.

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Civil Litigation Attorney with a focus on Business Litigation.

• Proven track record in trial proceedings.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficient in employing legal technology and computer software for legal research, litigation management, and trial presentation.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for client consultations and court proceedings.

• Strong strategic thinking abilities and attention to detail.

• High level of legal drafting proficiency and negotiation skills.
