The opportunity:

The Manager of Loss Prevention will oversee and implement security measures across multiple locations for our Omnichannel business. This role will manage security personnel, administer security systems (including video surveillance and employee access control), and enforce policies and programs to prevent and investigate employee theft and other security-related losses. The Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining loss prevention metrics and managing the ticketing system for all security-related incidents within Omnichannel.

You will:

  • Supervise and manage security guards across multiple warehouse locations.

  • Administer and maintain security systems, including video surveillance systems and employee access control systems.

  • Conduct regular audits of security systems and procedures to ensure effectiveness.

  • Enforce policies related to physical security, employee searches and investigations.

  • Implement and oversee loss prevention programs specifically tailored to the Omnichannel business (e.g., development and implementation of local site security plans, procedures, etc.)

  • Coordinate with other departments, such as the Global Physical Security department, compliance, legal and others to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

  • Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and other security-related incidents at omnichannel locations.

  • Work closely with HR, Global Physical Security, and legal teams to ensure investigations are thorough and comply with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Create, track, and analyze metrics related to losses prevented, recovered, and security incidents.

  • Provide regular reports to senior management on loss prevention activities and outcomes.

  • Manage the loss prevention ticketing system, including updating, responding to, and closing tickets related to security incidents.

  • Ensure timely resolution of security-related issues and maintain accurate records of all incidents.

  • Train security personnel on loss prevention strategies and proper use of security systems.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and security management.

You should have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in loss prevention, security management, or related field, with a focus on omnichannel or retail businesses.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing security personnel across multiple locations.

  • Proficiency in security systems administration, including surveillance cameras and access control.

  • Excellent investigative skills and experience conducting loss prevention investigations.

  • Ability to develop and enforce policies and programs related to loss prevention.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience creating and maintaining loss prevention metrics.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments

  • Experience in warehouse or 3PL fulfillment environments preferred

  • Certification in Loss Prevention (e.g., LPQ, LPC) or equivalent preferred

  • Experience with Lenel S2, HiveWatch, or other similar programs preferred

  • Ability to travel between warehouse locations.

  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying conditions, including potential exposure to cold or heat.
