Intuit Manager 2, Digital Sales Inbound in Atlanta, Georgia

Overview

A hardworking, hands-on driven leader with a passion to build, lead and scale an outsourced Inbound Scaled Inside Sales operation. Our Inside Sales teams are responsible for revenue generation in our SMB and MM market segments in North America. We work closely with converting leads from Marketing generated programs, Phone, Chat and Web to revenue.

What you'll bring

  • 2-3 years of successful quota carrying experience selling

  • 2-4 years of sales management experience

  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute highly effective pipeline generation campaigns to identify and qualify workloads

  • Ability to articulate the business value of Mailchimp technology

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and retain talent

  • Driven and Possess a strong desire to be successful

How you will lead

  • Align your team with Mailchimp’s vision and their critical role in driving growth

  • Develop an in-depth and detailed understanding of Mailchimp products and ICP to confidently provide mentorship for your team

  • Enable, develop and empower your team to proactively identify, qualify and build sales pipeline to meet revenue targets within an consistent operating framework

  • Build trust and foster a coaching culture by continuously developing skills, conversation proficiency, customer empathy and process rigor

  • Create an operating rhythm for reps to effectively manage their pipeline from leads to revenue and drive a predictable forecast

  • Continuously develop rep abilities and aim for proficiency in qualifying and closing net new and expansion business consistently and rapidly at scale

  • Evangelize a validated sales methodology and drive adoption within your team

  • Be proactive in headcount planning and resource allocation to avoid productivity gaps

  • Foster strong and effective relationships within the team and cross-functionally to develop growth opportunities

  • Lead with data insights and make informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation

  • Manage to metrics that matter and KPIs that drive predictable revenue forecasts

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support team performance, build a feedback loop and remove roadblocks

  • Be proactive, take strategic initiatives and have a POV and a plan to course correct as and when needed to hit targets

  • Be accountable and take Find solutions, be agile, experimental, open to testing and iterating on multiple fronts

  • Foster a fun, safe and competitive environment. Give recognition and monitor team health and motivation
