[Develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large organizations that rely on integration between front-end and back-end systems. Understand challenges and develop custom solutions powered by Salesforce to transform sales, service and marketing capabilities. Manage client expectations by exploring data and identifying trends, managing customer life cycles, strategically building and leveraging online communities, and connecting directly with channel partners to share goals, objectives, and activities. Manage Applications Strategy and Integration engagements with a focus on Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Transformation, and IT Systems Implementation. Design and deliver innovative solutions from concept through implementation. Manage and created implementation road maps and provide technology and architecture recommendations. Demonstrate in-depth expertise. Coach and supervise professional teams.

[40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

**[MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS[:

[Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelors, progressive related work experience.

• Performing customizations and configurations as required of Salesforce to meet business needs, and leveraging extensive CRM experience, in order to properly design, build, test, and deploy integrated solutions;
• Leveraging knowledge of system application implementations, software configurations, or related coding in one of the following technological product suites; Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Marketo, and related cloud and/or on-premise ERP business applications; and
• Advising on third-party integrations and functionality and the impact of these integrations.

[80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
