Passion Marketing Project Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER

Passion City Church

OBJECTIVE

To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. The role of Marketing Project Manager will support the Marketing Team at Passion by planning and coordinating project vendors, budget, and timelines. This role is the liaison between the marketing team and other teams at Passion to set deadline expectations and project updates. The Marketing Project Manager will work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager in documenting meeting next steps and assigning tasks. Ultimately, the Project Managers duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing initiatives

• Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget

• Monitor and report on project progress

• Manage expectations and communication to project team members

• Collaborate with teams across our organization to ensure all project components are delivered on time and meet quality standards

• Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues

• Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the marketing landscape and industry trends

Marketing Operations Manager

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL

4-year Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Over 3 years of experience in marketing project management, successfully handling multiple projects at once. Proven ability to deliver on time and within budget, with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders while prioritizing competing demands. Skilled in problem-solving and risk mitigation.
