ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Learning Management System (LMS)/Program Administrator is responsible for setting up and maintaining the Digital Operations Moodle online LMS to improve the user experience when using the platform. This includes new user set up, user clean up, responding to inquiries, creating and assigning learning tracks to various job profiles, creating and maintaining required reports, exploring opportunities to improve the layout and design of how training modules are displayed and accessed, and finding new ways to engage our learning such as adding badges to be earned and sending communications about new offerings.

The LMS/Program Administrator is also responsible to help track initiatives related to refreshing and creating new content for the Global Digital Operations Training/LMS program, including coordination of learning module translation. The LMS/Program Administrator will review and compile feedback to help us to improve content and user experience. We are looking for a seasoned professional with excellent project management skills, exceptional business acumen and communication skills required to ensure business outcomes are delivered according to expectations. The ideal candidate must also possess technical and design skills related to improving user experience with an online learning platform, other similar applications or web design.

We look to our LMS/Program Administrator to be comfortable working independently but collaborating with other team-members on projects. The LMS/Program Administrator will need to take on additional responsibilities related to supporting content creation such as participating in in-take meetings, assisting with script creation, tracking and reporting on development timelines and the training module pipeline and assisting with change management communications to ensure the team is successful. Experience with audio and video editing software to further assist with content creation is a big plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up, maintain and improve Moodle Online Learning Management System design, learning paths, reporting and other functionality

  • Manager user access, profiles and learning assignments

  • Proactively learn more about the features and capabilities of Moodle and implement features to improve user experience

  • Track and respond to inquiries and feedback from Moodle users

  • Helps to plan, manage, and monitor LMS projects to revise or build new content from initiation through implementation, including scope, changes, risk and quality, and communication.

  • Participate in content development meetings, reviews and demos.

  • Build global change management slide decks/communications to support role out of new training modules

  • Regularly meet with our Continuous Improvement Team to tracking upcoming process changes or new tools in development that could require new training modules or training updates

  • Assist with coordinating assignment and on time completion tracking of module translations by subject matter experts globally

  • Produce accurate and timely communications and reporting for all assigned projects.

  • Assist with roll out and training on use of LMS and any changes to the platform

  • Proactively build and nurture stakeholder relationships keeping them informed and updated on project progress, actively calling out any risks to delivery.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years administering an Online Learning Platform or similar application to improve user experience

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably related to communications and training..

  • Experience implementing or operating in a shared services model.

  • Analytical and problem solving abilities.

  • Self starter willing to research and learn new technologies and skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English proficiency a must

  • Strong technical skills related to application design and administration such as user maintenance, report creation, content layout and design

  • Knowledge of Moodle or similar LMS platform, ElevenLabs or similar AI text to voice applications and audio/video editing software a plus
