Honeywell Paralegal II in Atlanta, Georgia
As a Paralegal II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team in the Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) Strategic Business Group (SBG). You will assist with various legal tasks and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the legal department. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team of legal professionals. You will report directly to our Legal Counsel and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, Georgia location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our legal department by assisting with legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing contracts, and providing support in litigation matters. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the efficient operation of the legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Support Legal team with a variety of projects, process improvements, due diligence, reporting, maintenance of forms, and the preparation of legal documents;
Training of business functions;
Work with business functions to drive process improvements;
Support for policy compliance; and
Provision of various legal solutions to the business.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 3 + years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal
WE VALUE
Paralegal certification
Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
Experience in contract management and administration
Familiarity with litigation support and e-discovery processes department
Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
YOU MUST HAVE
5 + years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal
