Robert Half is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to support a law firm in Sandy Springs, Georgia. The role primarily involves assisting with residential real estate matters and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, corresponding with investors, and preparing for residential closings. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with and preparing for residential closings

• Corresponding with investors on various matters

• Performing administrative duties such as copying, scanning, and filing

• Managing a calendar effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks

• Utilizing skills in Residential Real Estate and Real Estate - Residential matters

• Assisting in the management and resolution of legal issues

• Preparing legal documents and reports

• Conducting research and analysis of legal problems

• Interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions

• Providing advice and counsel to our team on matters of real estate law.

Requirements

• Applicants must have proven experience as a Paralegal or similar role.

• Proficiency in Residential Real Estate Law is required.

• Applicants must have strong knowledge and understanding of Real Estate - Residential.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are key to this role.

• Proficiency in Calendar Management is required to manage schedules and deadlines effectively.

• Applicants must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong research and report writing skills are necessary.

• Knowledge of legal terminologies and procedures is necessary.

• Proficiency in SoftPro.

• A degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field is required.
